This condo is very nice and it comes mostly furnished. These 1991, townhouse styled condos, are in the popular Sawgrass Estates neighborhood. I don't know of any Chico condos that are nicer than these homes! Let me tell you a bit and then you can enjoy the photos. The living and entertaining space is downstairs. The living room is in front, near the stairs. The well done kitchen in back, has room for your company as you fix meals. The smooth counters are Corian and the wood cabinets and all the appliances look good. Nearby is an eating bar and the dining area. Out back is a small, shady patio. Between the living room and kitchen is a cute half bath for you and your guests. There is a large closet, built-in under the stairs. Upstairs are 2 good-sized, private bedrooms with a full bath in between. PGE has averaged only about $50 per month! The HOA fee is about $207 per month and you really get your money’s worth from that! The HOA covers your water and garbage, some HOA insurance, fencing around the patios, the driveways, the roofs, the exterior paint on buildings, and the landscaping outside of the private little patios - all done by your HOA! They also provide and maintain a very inviting private pool, fenced and locked, for safety. You also get to use the well-equipped workout room for free! The Chico Library and Bus Stop in nearby. (Note, wall art is excluded.) VISITORS MUST PROTECT THEMSELVES. THEY MAY ONLY ENTER IF THEY WEAR A MASK AND GLOVES FOR THEIR OWN PROTECTION.
