Approximately 291 acres with 242 acres planted to mature almonds. It isn't known for sure but it is thought that the almonds were planted in 2003. The varieties are 1/2 Nonpareil and the pollinators are Aldrich, Butte and Carmel with the spacing at 22' x 14'. There are 4 wells on the property and irrigation is by micro-jet sprinklers.
